Schedule of Events for DreadFest

Below is the schedule of events for tomorrow's DreadFest event. If you are able to attend, please swing by my table and say hello (and, of course, buy a book).

Noon: Beginning of advertised event: Jeff Strand will make opening remarks.

12:30 PM: Sid Williams and Tom Lucas will read the six nanofiction finalist entries, without naming the placements.

1:00 PM: The public is welcome to visit and mingle with authors. Attendees will be given a program. If they have all 10 authors’ signatures on it, they are then eligible for a door prize ticket (your books and restaurant gift certificates). The Viewing ends at 3:00 PM.

3:00 PM: Sidney Williams and Tom Lucas announce the winners and hand-out certificates and prizes.

3:30 PM: Scott M. Baker, John Catapano and Tyson Hanks – Beginning Authors Panel Discussion – cookies served.

As I've previously mentioned, myself, fellow Dark Alley Crew writers John Catapano and Tyson Hanks, and several others will be attending DreadFest on 28 January at the W.T. I Will Be Attending DreadFest on 28 January

On 28 January, I'll be attending DreadFest at the W.T. Bland Public Library in Mount Dora, Florida. DreadFest celebrates the dark side of fiction and includes a nanofiction writing contest, various writer panels, and a showcase of local horror writers (myself among them). I'll provide more details as they become available.

I received a fantastic review late last year from Sci-Fi and Fantasy Reviewer on Nazi Ghouls From Space that called the novella "a great slice of pulpy, Nazi-zombies-on-a-rampage story-telling," which was exactly the feel I was going for. Check out the full review here.
