I had originally intended to have Nurse Alissa vs the Zombies VIII: New Beginnings and more stories for Tales From the Nurse Alissa Universe completed by now, but sadly life got in the way.
Currently, I'm working on the final chapters of Nurse Alissa vs. the Zombies VII: New Beginnings with plans to release the Kindle version on 1 March. After that, I'll be working on the third book in the Tatyana paranormal series (this one will take place aboard a haunted cruise ship) and the second novel in The Chronicles of Paul series. With luck, they'll be released 1 June and 1 August, respectively. Another reason that the release dates have been delayed is because I'm making the novels slightly longer. Nurse Alissa 8 will be between 50,000 and 55,000 words and I hope to do the same with every other book in each of my series.
Other things to look forward to in the coming months are:
-- I'll be attending the Northeast ComicCon and Collectibles Extravaganza from 11-13 March in Boxboro, Massachusetts and the Vermont Sci-Fi & Fantasy Expo from 23-24 April in Essex, Vermont.
-- I am currently involved with two ongoing collaborative novels that will be released later this year. One is titled Naked Came the Spy, an espionage novel being written by several CIA officers. The other is a pulp fiction-style piece still in development that will involve Nazis, mad scientists, and awesome creatures yet to be determined.
-- With regards to Wyrd Realities, I'll still be doing the weekly Watching Wyrd reviews of movies, although those being watched will be cut back from four to two, as well as the occasional appearance on Wyrd Realities' Murder, Mystery, and Mayhem show (as a guest, not as a subject of discussion). Soon we'll be broadcasting our radio show Expedition Blood, which you won't want to miss (think 1940's noir radio shows with a horror theme). I'll be doing the occasional seven-minute reviews of newly-released movies for our show on Fringe FM. And of course, when the weather gets better, I'll be taping my on-the-spot news reports of eerie and weird locations throughout New England.
That's it for this month. I'll talk to you again soon.
