As promised, I have a lot of awesome news to catch everyone up on. Over the past few weeks, I have been involved in negotiations with a fellow author and several publishers on upcoming projects, several of which came together while I was on vacation.
To begin, I signed a contract this week with Pill Hill Press to publish The Vampire Hunters trilogy as a series of trade paperbacks. As of yet, no tentative dates or publication details have been established.
Several months ago, Keith Publications contacted me about submitting a work for a collection of horror-related short stories they intended to publish around Halloween as a series of electronic chapbooks. Last week, Keith Publications accepted my short story “Dead Water”, which tells the tale of a zombie outbreak aboard an oil rig in the Gulf (and you thought oil spills were a threat).
All these projects are still in the preliminary stage. Once details become available, I’ll let everyone know.
Naturally, I’m excited about these events. Amongst this, I am still finishing the final revision of The Vampire Hunters: Dominion, and am chomping at the bit to start the next novel and put down some short story ideas that have been brewing. The next few months promise to be busy – but I’m not complaining.
Good on you! Way to go on all of your success!
